- No. You stay the owner. You grant us access as a manager, and you can remove it whenever you want.
- Can you guarantee I'll rank first?
- No, and nobody can. What we can do is make sure your business is accurately and completely represented, and prepare and publish approved customer replies — the parts that are actually within your control.
